BUYER BEWARE, THIS SELLER COMPLETELY GHOSTS!!! I ordered some very expensive boots online from these people. I received an auto response saying my order is ready for shipment and then NEVER heard from them again. They refused to answer any of my multiple emails inquiring about the order status over the course of the next month. Fortunately, I paid through Paypal. I had to lodge an official dispute to get my money back. If I had paid directly I don't believe I would ever have seen my money or the boots. Do yourselves a favour and find a reliable seller.

I am in the process of buying some boots for my wedding in August and they have proven to be very helpful in trying to help me find the pair for me. Whether, I buy from Head West or not, I appreciate the help and kindness!
